Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, sale, or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The amount will be credited to the bank account.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items received damaged or incorrect.
